Mrs. Sawatzky is an internationally recognized speaker, keynote conference presenter, and influential figure specializing in fatigue risk management, stress management, and psychological health and safety in the workplace. Securing the prestigious title of Top Industrial Training Services Provider in Canada for 2023, the Founder and President of In-Scope Solutions, Mrs. Sawatzky leads an award-winning team. Dr. I. David Daniels is an occupational health and safety professional, thought leader, former public safety executive, and President/CEO of ID2 Solutions, LLC. He is also the host of the Psych Health and Safety USA podcast. Dr. Daniels served two terms as a member of the National Safety Council Board of Directors and was the founding chair of the NSC’s Government & Public-Sector Division. He received NSC’s highest honor, the Distinguished Service to Safety Award. He also chairs the National Association of Black Compliance and Risk Management Professionals Safety and Security Workgroup.
Dr. Daniels is a life member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs and served over 30 years in fire/rescue, emergency medical and emergency management organizations in three states. His career focus on safety was a primary reason he was inducted into the National Fire Heritage Center’s Hall of Legacies, Legends and Leaders Class of 2021, the first living African American to have received this honor.
